The Paddington Report helped convince visionary organisations that Paddington is the home of innovative business. Our fully integrated campaign engaged Londoners experientially, socially and digitally to prove the point.

With its Eastbourne Terrace tower nearing completion, Land Securities wanted to attract forward-thinking businesses to occupy it. Our starting point was Paddington’s rich heritage – from Brunel to Fleming, it’s renowned as London’s home of pioneers. The area’s recent regeneration is yet another example of this spirit of invention.

Next, we asked thousands of commuters how they felt about the new Paddington – from its dining and shopping, to its business and transport connectivity. We published the findings as The Paddington Report. Within the report, we also spoke with Paddington’s modern day pioneers of business. Considered, inspiring messages showcased Paddington as the dynamic district it is today.

The final campaign phase closed in on Paddington’s most exciting and well-connected new commercial space: 20 Eastbourne Terrace.
