c2c operates train services from London Fenchurch Street and Liverpool Street along the south Essex coast. Since National Express first took over the service in 2003, they have turned the line into an award-winning service that operates the UK’s most punctual trains. c2c wished to retain that record, while delivering a similar transformation in the overall quality of service that their passengers receive. As such, they have made the brand synonymous with great service.
Our repositioning sought to make the customer central to the brand promise, whilst empowering c2c staff in everything they do. From train livery and stations, to point of sale and website, our brand activation ensured no stone was left unturned in delivering the railway driven by you.
